Description

Premium All-In-One Glitter Sealant & Adhesive by Hemway uses the most advanced polymer technology for sealing and bonding.

It is the next generation of all-in-one sealant and adhesive with a revolutionary formulation that combines the flexibility of silicone predecessors, the paintability features of acrylic caulk and the ultra-high strength grab of adhesives.

Uses

The Glitter Sealant & Adhesive is ideal for use in areas of high humidity and condensation environments. This includes showers, baths, toilets, basins, sinks, window frames, door frames, countertops, tiles, most stone, concrete, metals, woods, glass mirrors, most plastics and synthetic fibres.

It is food industry approved for sealing and bonding areas for preparing foodstuff.

Preparation

Surfaces to seal must be clean and free from dust, dirt and other contaminants. Cut the top and applicator to the required diameter and angle. Screw the nozzle onto cartridge.

Application

Not compatible with chemical-based alkyd paints. Patch test always recommended.

Health & Safety

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.

Mixture

Contains amongst other ingredients: n-(2-aminoethyl)-3- aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, bis(1, 2, 2, 6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate and methyl 1, 2, 2, 6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl sebacate.

Coverage & Curing

Coverage: approx. 6mm bead × 9.25m length. Curing: 24 hours for 3mm bead or 48 hours for 6mm bead at 22°C or 72°F and 50% R/H. Once cured, resistant between -40°C - 120°C or -40°F - 248°F.

Storage

Install the screw cartridge nozzle cap. Store between 2°C - 25°C or 36°F - 77°F in a cool and dry setting. Use within 18 months of the production date.
