All orders above $20 CAD will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the Canada Customs Service website.

All orders above $1000 AUD will be subject to import tax. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. Please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.

All orders above $60 NZD will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Hemway, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
